Dierkes Award
The Dierkes Award began in 1996 when Dick Flaherty and Bob Becker decided to honor the founder of Oak Park Youth Baseball Softball, Vince Dierkes. The award honors the league’s best player who also upholds the ideals of sportsmanship and being a good teammate. It is voted on by the Bronco coaches.
