Foul Ball Policy

OPYBS, including its staff, volunteers, coaches, and affiliates, is not responsible for any damage to vehicles, property, or personal items caused by balls leaving the field of play. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to cars, windows, or other property in or near the baseball/softball field.

By parking near the field or being present in its vicinity, individuals assume the risk of potential damage and agree to hold OPYBS harmless for any such incidents.

Spectators choosing to park near the field do so at their own risk. To reduce the likelihood of damage, OPYBS recommends parking further from the field, as vehicles in close proximity are at a higher risk of impact from foul balls.
