Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Baseball

A full refund minus a $5 processing fee is available up until the try-out/evaluation date for leagues that hold them or before the first game of the season for all other leagues. We will refund 50 percent of your fee up to one week into the season. Once the organization’s second week begins, we cannot offer refunds (except in cases of season-ending injury or illness). To receive a refund, please send an email to President@OPYBS.org, OPTreasurer@OPYBS.org, and VPBaseball@OPYBS.org.

Oak Park Eagles

Refunds for the Oak Park Eagles travel baseball program are on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Eagles GM Zach Buchner (buchnerz@gmail.com) with questions.

Oak Park Falcons

Refunds for the Oak Park Falcons travel softball program are on a case-by-case basis. Please contact VPSoftball@opybs.org with questions.
